This quick delivery cruise will get us from the finish of the Caribbean 600 in Antigua to the start of the St.Maarten Heineken Regatta. For those participating in either or both race events, it’s a great opportunity to get some chill time and appreciate the other side of sailing in the Caribbean! The trip gives you another 100 nautical miles of fairly open ocean sailing to add to the log book.

2026 Schedule
Sunday, March 1: Clear customs and set sail from Falmouth, Antigua towards Simpson Bay, St.Maarten. We will arrive well after dark and anchor for the night.

Monday, March 2: Catch the morning bridge lift into Simpson Bay, St.Maarten and clear customs by lunch time-ish.

Pre-Requisites

Prior sailing experience to a Competent Crew level recommended but not required.

Cost
$250 CAD
Maximum of 4 crew + skipper + first mate
Includes professional skipper, first mate, all food & non-alcoholic drinks on board, fuel, moorage, yacht insurance and all other operating costs of the yacht. Participants are responsible for: food on shore and other discretionary spending, mandatory travel insurance, flights & on shore accommodation before/after.

Logistical Note

Crew will join the boat in Falmouth Harbour (marina TBD) on March 1 and depart from the boat in Simpson Bay, St.Maarten (marina also TBD) on March 2.

About Life on Board

One thing this cruise is not, is a luxury passenger vacation. Your skipper cannot do all things every day, so it’s important to come ready to pitch in and help with all the day- to-day tasks necessary to keep the boat neat and tidy and everyone fed and happy. Everyone should be prepared to take a turn preparing a meal, taking care of dishes, tidying up the cabin and we’ll work together to keep the boat ship shape throughout the cruise.
